Our beautiful townhome is located in the renowned and raved Regal Palms Resort and Spa.  Located just 15 short minutes from Disney World® in a gated Mediterranean style resort complete with clubhouse, two acre swimming pavilion with lazy river, big water slide, sunbathing terraces, hot tub, and zero entry for small children. In addition, Regal Palms Resort offers a full service spa, steam room, sauna, fitness center, bar/restaurant, waitress service pool side, on-site mini-mart, children’s playground, sand volleyball court, Tiki Bar, video game room, business center, and 24/7 guest concierge at the front desk of the resort.   .

Excellent location!  Located only 8 miles from Disney World® and close to Universal Studios®, SeaWorld® and the new Legoland®. Coastal beaches on both sides are only a short drive of approximately 1 hour, 15 minutes.  There is a pick-your-own organic orange grove just a few miles to the north.

Across the street from Regal Palms is the very nice Highlands Reserve Golf Course. There are other golf courses within 2 miles. In the shopping plaza out front (walking distance) there is a Publix Grocery Store, CVS Drugstore, Applebee’s Restaurant, Pizza Parlor, British Pub, Linksters Pub, Sushi Restaurant, Liquor Store, Bank, ATM, Medical Center, and much more. Walmart Supercenter is 3 miles up the road.  All of your other favorite restaurants/shopping are located within 5 miles of the resort on “192.”
